Anima srl

Anima srl ​​is located in Ronco all'Adige in the province of Verona on the outskirts of the town and is made up of a production area of ​​13,000 m2 of which 7,000 m2 are covered.

Made up of 3 production units which are divided into:

· anime production area;
· painting and packaging area;
· area used as a core box warehouse.

The production complex is connected by several sheds used for loading and unloading cores and storing any goods. Anima Srl carries out transport with its own vehicle but also uses carriers specialized in transporting cores.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

The systems are made up of:

· 3 automatic sand mixing lines with automatic additive feeding.
· 14 semi-automatic core shooting machines with shooting capacity from 0.01 kg to 250 kg, in constant development
· 1 core-shooting machine for hand molding, which allows us to produce the most difficult cores
· compressor room with 2 75kw compressors and 1 55kw compressor
· 10 32 t sand feeding silos.
· 6 resin tanks of 3.5 t
· 1 abatement system (scrubber)
· 4 dust reduction filters
· 3 painting systems with 3 ovens with air drying
· 2 sand regeneration systems, which make the impact on the environment almost zero.

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

Anima srl, sensitive to the quality of its products, uses highly qualified suppliers with whom it has collaborated for decades for both sand and chemical products. Controls are carried out on the preparation of the sand mixtures and during production the operators are provided with technical data sheets with all the necessary information and with constant control during the production phase by specialized personnel. To improve and grow, any internal waste and internal and external non-conformities are recorded.

Particular sensitivity is paid to the packaging of the cores with materials and palletization suitable for transport and delivery to the foundries. Transport is carried out by own transport or by specialized carriers.

Anima srl, with a view to continuous improvement, is attentive to the environment and health and safety in the company. Its environmental impacts are kept under control by monitoring emissions into the atmosphere, internal environmental investigations in compliance with the required regulations with maximum transparency and the involvement of internal personnel. Furthermore, any production waste is all recycled through two sand regeneration plants.
